eBars Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Introduction

We’re excited to partner with retailers who share our passion for clean, functional nutrition. To protect the value of the eBars brand—and to ensure fairness across our growing network—we’ve set clear guidelines for all wholesale partners.

✅ Who Can Sell eBars

  • Brick-and-mortar stores (gyms, health food stores, cafes, boutique grocers)
  • Branded online stores (your own domain, not third-party marketplaces)
  • Stores with both physical and online storefronts are fully eligible

❌ What’s Not Allowed

  • No sales on Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms
  • No unauthorized third-party resellers
  • No violation of our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy

Your advertised prices must match or exceed what’s shown on eBars.com. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

💸 MAP Policy

  • You must maintain pricing at or above our eBars.com listings
  • In-store discounts are allowed at your discretion
  • Online promotions below MAP must be pre-approved
  • Bundles and promos must follow MAP as well

We reserve the right to adjust MAP pricing with 7 days' notice.

🚚 Wholesale Access

All applications are reviewed before access is granted. Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Access to our wholesale pricing portal
  • Product catalog and brand assets
  • Support from our wholesale team

📄 Requirements

  • A valid resale certificate or tax exemption form
  • Your website (if applicable) must reflect eBars' brand values

📦 Order Minimums & Shipping

  • No minimum order required
  • Free shipping on orders over $200

🔁 Enforcement

  • 1st Violation → Warning with 3-day correction window
  • 2nd Violation → Temporary account hold
  • 3rd Violation → Permanent closure of account
