Additionally, KETO follows the strict ratio of fat to protein to carb ratio of 70% Fat, 20% Protein, and 10% carb, to sustain a state of fat burning ketosis.

The KETO bar, because it is primarily plant fat, can literally be frozen and like ice cream have a soft texture. We encourage you to freeze this bar, or at minimum refrigerate it.

If you noticed the primary sweetener in the KETO bar is yacon. Yacon is a low glycemic indexed tubers out of Peru. This is used to sweeten the bar along with monk fruit. The chocolate in the KETO bar is created from scratch using these two key ingredients to give it a sweet taste while keeping any kind of sugar spike from happening.

I cannot give this company a high enough rating. These have to be one of the absolute best food discoveries I've made on my path to a healthier lifestyle. The company itself is as equally as awesome as their products. The folks at Ebars seem to genuinely care about their customers(and they ship super fast!). Whether I find these in my local Whole Foods or order them online, I'll certainly be a regular customer.

Love ebars! Not only do they taste REALLY good and fresh, I love knowing something good for me is going in my body and that I can pronounce all the ingredients! I typically order my ebars online and get them within a few days. Customer service is great as well!
